    Exclamation HIDS Help!

Today I ordered a 20,000k Hid Conversion Kit 9006 for my Silverado. It comes with 2 HID Bulbs, 2 Ballasts with cables, and mounting brackets. I didn't realize that the kit didn't come with a RELAY. Would it hurt if I installed it without the RELAY?

No relay, no problem. Relays only cost about 5 bucks anyway.

Not always. Dodge thought it was a good idea to only supply the headlights with 9V, so you need a relay to get the ballasts the proper voltage. Now, he doesn't have a Dodge, but many people don't like to trust the factory wiring to aftermarket accessories.
