Might as well fix your wheel speed sensor too Trav, it's 20 minutes (And thats including a piece of the sensor breaking off in the hub and fishing it out). But price a hub too when you do it. sometimes the hub with the sensor is cheaper.

Travis--try leading the entire blinker circuit with LEDs. Put one in back and two up front. As long as you are running all LED lights on the blinker circuit, it should be fine. If not, you need some inline resistors.

As for the CC--the CC module and cable could be fine--and it is the blinker/wiper/CC stalk that could be bad. So many things to consider here. Start with the simple stuff, then work to the more complicated.

    Good idea Tyler.
What's the bulb size up front?

Any guess what the most simple aspect of the CC is? I can swap my incandecent bulbs back in and see how it works? Or some resistors? Speaking of resistors...what size resistor?

you know, i had the same problem with my 02 rcsb.

when i first got it, it had a new headlight/blinker/cruise stick installed, the blinkers and whatnot worked fine but the cruise didn't work at all. never. i got so pissed off i started checking fuses, pulled the cover off the make sure everything was plugged in. nothing. and then it dawned on me. . . . manual windows and doors, no side moulding, steel wheels. hell this is a base model truck, i bet it doesn't even come with cruise. sure enough, i popped the hood and there were empty studs on the firewall where my cruise control module should be and only one cable on the TB.

so i tell people i saved weight by not getting cruise.
