uhhh i'm assuming if its from the same year that it would bolt right up...but we all know what happens when you assume.
Ya if I were to purchase an SS bumper cover then Id most likely order an OEM one for an 04 SS I just wanna know how much is involved to install it like if you need any other filler pieces or anything to make it look good. Any more input would be cool too
ask jason (midnightrider) he's done it.

I know the plastic airdam has to come off. other then that, it should just be caulk-like adhesive or double stick tape.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
It's a lot more in-depth then the stick on aftermarket ones, there is a list of parts about a page long over on pt.net or fsc I dunno I forgot, and doing it the right way with GM parts will cost a lot more but look better

Some company needs to make a new good bumper for those trucks.. craps getting played out like a $2 whore on harry hines. I've been looking around for a joe gibbs front bumper.. Doubt i'll find one.
It's hard to find the Joe Gibbs stuff white, I'd give one of me balls for a Joe Gibbs tahoe grille. I'm about half tempted to attempt one of my own
