Why not just get a custom tune instead of buying the tunning software itself? You have some decent mods there, a tune would really make your truck come to life, and the tunner can dial in your speedo....

i plan on a tune sometime in the near future, but i would want some calibration software not only for me, but i know others that need a calibration too.

Not sure what a tunner would charge to just calibrate you and your buddies speedos, but I'd just hold out until you have the coin for the whole tune.

You guys should get up with Allen send a pm to farmtruc (http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/members/farmtruc.html) on here or go to his web page @ Nelson Performance - Performance without Sacrificing Drivability and ask them what they charge for what you need. I believe they might even sell the tunning software, but that would cost a bit more than the tune itself.

They will be able to help you guys out....

Check out TunerCat (JET) , and LS1edit (also has LT1edit) , and there are some open source programs , if all you want to do is change tire size speedo , and have a cable , there are even articles on how to build cables and free software for them , just not as , well lets say 'advanced' as HPTuners or EFILive .
Now what is a tune again?
