    servo help

    i just put the corvette servo in and now it wont shift into 4th. Can someone plz tell me wut i did wrong.

    you put the wiper seal on backwards on the 4th piston. Its directional and should point the open end outwards from the transmission centerline.

    can you b more descriptive because it didnt come with direcrions and i honestly dont kno wut each piece is.

    the cover piece, inside of it is an almost flat disk with a groove on the outside diameter of it. Inside that groove you put a plastic oring. That oring has a flap more or less. Its kind of L shaped. The long portion of the leg/flap should be pointing towards the cover piece.

    thanks but i still dont see wut i did wrong. i cant really do anything until i get a new cover o ring

    so correct me if im wrong the last piece to go in before the cover is the piece that i got the o ring wrong on?

    that is correct. You can usually stretch the oring through the slot enough that it gets thin enough to pop the cover off without damaging the oring. I stick a small screwdriver in and grab the ring and start stretching it until the cover pops out.

    the more i think bout it i never replaced that o ring because i was just using that piece over?

    i pulled it apart.the piece rite behind the cover wit the plastic ring on it had the plastic folded over in a spot. i guess i was rushing.
