Fun night out

Ok well me Tyler and one of are our friends were out sitting in a parking lot and a mootang come in and threw a revv at all of us so were not gonna let this fly. Fist person out was tyler then Pat then me, ok, so we chaught a stop light tyler was up first off the line both tyler and the mootang, by the end of first in tlyers truck he had about a truck and a half on the 5.0 and by about 60 3 trucks. so we catch another stop light and pat (he drives like a 94-97 blazer) catches up to him to race. GREEN light drops 5.0 just light them up and pat got about a truck and a half jump on him and keeps it till bout 60. This is when the shit hits the fan! This cop come out of nowhere and blows by me tyler and pat and busts the mustang, so were like GD that was close so we go back to McDonalds to bull shit about what had just happned. bout 5 min later 3 pigs come out of nowhere and surround me and tyler. "Boy's Let me see your L's" were like "Ok" so he takes our L's and goes back to the car to the other cop and they radio in our l plates and our L's number. then we hear em over there scanner tellin about our tags being good and our licenses are valid. so the cop asks Tyler to get out of my truck and set in his. Well Tyler bein the lil f**ker he is, asks for his license back and the cop says "ill give it to you when im ready for you to leave." So Tyler goes ands sits in his truck and about 5 mins later the third pig rolls up and Tyler is recognized by him!! Turns out since Tylers dad is a retired OPD seargent(sp?) the cop that rolled up recognized tyler then the other cop that took the L remembered him too. His dad being known is the only reason why we didnt go to jail or lose our Licenses suspended. then they ask me if im done with my coke and im like oh crap im goin to jail. but anyways thats makin a long story short.

good thing and a bad thing happened, the good thing is we busted that mootangs hindparts, but the bad news we got caught doing it.

The moral of this story street racing is bad, when you dont kno the cops are there, time to get a fuzzbuster!

OH, the feeling of helplessness. 5 minutes seems like 20. I'm glad it turned out ok, but that was probably to close for comfort.

It wasn't like you guys were doing a 100.
Looks like u just ran a couple 0-60 passes.
Maybe a big-ass speeding ticket. Unless that is, you have alot of outstanding tickets for this kind of stuff.

around here you can be arrested for contest of speed on a public road. Unless they catch you in the truck they can't do anything. If they don't know who was driving which truck, too bad. We had to pull that one day, flew past a cop while we had the needle buried at 160 in a 70 grand prix. We blew past him so fast he couldnt see who was driving. When he caught up to us we were having a nice meal at the local restaurant. Since he didn't know which one of us were driving he said he had to let us go. Told us he better never hear of us pulling that stunt again in his town.

Pigs are full of it, maybe he could have arrested them if he wanted too. I dont know what state your in, but in TX if a cop even sees you thinking about liting the tires up or/and sees you take off like a raped ape, your toast! Theyll hit u up with reckless driving, speeding and display of excessive power, hell they can even take you to jail or your license. I know a few ppl who got nailed hard but then they get a lawyer. Me personally if I run into a close encounter with a pig one night, is time to pack it in. Good to see you made it out ok though.

deny deny deny. if the cop didnt see you do it, it never happened. its the mustang guys word vs yours. if you ever do get arrested dont cooperate. its the cops job to build up evidence against you to hand over to a prosecuting attourney.
