I have a 6.0 on the way. It's getting harder and harder to find good deal on these motors, but I found an 04 with 10K miles in Houston for $1,250. Now I have something really fun to look forward to after tax season. (grin)

I'm also excited about Allen getting some traction and putting the mark WAY out there for everyone.
I don't think I will ever be in contention with you guys. I just want a truck that's fun to drive and pulls my trailer.

Hmmmm.....346 to 366ci? I don't think I will be stepping up to the 6L unless I find a 6.0L LS2 once I wear this LS1 out. Maybe by then we'll consider the 7.0L instead if they are plenty enough. Ross, I can see your point of gaining 50ci by going from the 5.3 to the 6.0, that should give you plenty of grunt for pulling. Good idea!![]()
