    New guy from FSC

    whats up guys? heard about this site from a guy on FSC. just joined to get some info on doin an LS1 swap in my blazer. if anyone wants to send me a link to a good build thread feel free. thanks guys.

    Instead of using the stock V8 cups I would suggest bolting the engine in with the LS1 adapter plates mounted and then make tabs to go through the crossmember mounted rubber mount bolt hole up to the plates and weld them in place once the engine is bolted to the transmission. This way allows you to reuse the stock transmission setup. You'll need the crank extension, longer bolts and flat flywheel if you get a 4.8, 5.3, 5.7 or 2001+ 6L engine.
