Very much so. Does it shift good 1-3 right now?

yes...it shifts good, I get just a little bit of slip if it's under much of a load. And the slightest shudder around 1500 rpms.

What does the vac bypass and all do?

that could be the converter then if you're getting shudder.

The vacuum mod kit uses engine vacuum to control shift pressures rather than the tune and pcm controlling it. It's going old-school to manage shift pressures. The bypass is so that boost does not affect the shift pressures. If a sensor goes bad, the PCM will send bad shift pressure control to the trans and you can burn it up or break parts with too harsh of shifts. A bad TPS or coolant sensor will trigger the PCM into "safe" shift modes that bang gears really hard and can break or damage the internal parts of the trans.

Well now I can't tell if it's exhaust resonating or what. It's barely noticeable. I think I'm looking for stuff to be wrong, so maybe it's nothing.
