Oh don't worry man, I'd be pissed off also.

Perhaps there was some mishap when you had your tailshaft replaced the first time?

Since you're not going to need that stall converter any more, shoot me a price for it. I'm in Denton TX. What brand is it? I guess I can get it flushed out for $50 or so, right?

Yes that's correct, 5 pinions distribute TQ over the 5 gears as opposed to the 4. I think I came up with about 20% increase in holding capacity.

vibration is a carrier bearing. found it last night. cracked. so i am putting in my order this weekend for a built 4l80e from JAG performance.
I know this thread is old and probably dead...but lance I blew the hell out of my driveline and I am having a the F-ing time of my life finding a 65-80 mph vibration. Not sure what you mean by you finding the vibration...it was carrier bearing. Carrier bearing to me means two piece driveshaft....? right? And you found this vibration when? after the explosion or you had it before? arghghghgh...damn vibrations! I have a one piece shaft.

on another note. century automotive wants me to bring it by and let them look at it. i doubt that they are going to jump through hoops for me but i will see if they will fix it at least.
