Once they go 100% IDC at like 5000rpm for instance then you shift at 6000rpm you still only flow the same amount from 5K-6K so I'd assume you'd go lean...
Honestly an honest 400-425rwhp, prolly with an HPE 408. Prolly some ported 6.0 heads and a 270 adv cam that's pretty tame. Like a 232/236 270/270 .566/.565 114LSA. Good tame street cam, WOT shifs at like 6300rpm or so.
