is there any brakets that will work for me to use a throttle by cable throttle body to a throttle by wire intake. im doing a 2002 5.3 swap to a brand new LQ-9 which is throttle by wire, i know people have mention just swap the intake manifold over but will that work on my application and is there any power lose thanx agaian for your help
just use your stock TB from the 5.3 it will bolt right up to the lq9 intake. easy swap there
The TB will bolt right up but you'll need to fab up or buy a premade cable bracket bacause the hole for the factory bracket will be just plastic blanks, not drilled with brass inserts pressed in. I've seen the brackets before but cant remember where, maybe SDParts.com . They bolt to the throttle body screws.

The LQ9 intake manifold is the exact same as your 5.3 intake manifold. Just reuse your old intake manifold
