    Wish me luck..

    Well guys two weekends ago I was in Joplin Missouri for the DII South Central Regional Meet. I pulled out a 7th place on a 10k course (6.1X miles) with a 31.25 (roughly right at 5 minute miles). I was the second runner NOT on a team that was able to advance to the National Meet.

    Seeing as how I did so well in the regional meet, I will be leaving early tomorrow morning back to Joplin again where I will be running in the DII National Cross Country meet. I am fairly sure I am the only Texan that will be running in that race. The only other texas team that qualified for nationals was ACU (Abilene Christian). But I don't really count those guys as Texans because they are originally from Kenya. So yeah wish me luck.

    haha I was born and raised here though. Those guys started out as 23 year old freshmen.. I know im exaggerating but still..
