i have the 5.3, i want to run low 13s, but stay streetable.

i love the sound of "i have a 6.0, with a few upgrades."
i might as well just save up to buy the 6.0 right instead of spending money on the 5.3 when i think in the end i will just be unhappy.

    thanks

They are both real good motors. Both motors will get you into the 13's. I think the 6.0L will give you a little more grunt on the hp and tq.

Just tell them it's a cammed 4.8L. They all look the same unless they can see the head casting numbers.

5.3s have been known to run mid to upper 12s N/A and still be street-able. Certainly, 13s can be achieved with mucho street-abilito. There's popular tuner here (Farmtruc). Send a PM.
