    the wife just said i have 1k to 1.5k to go play with for my truck,
    and before any body says anything i am goin to get a tune by Allan over at NP. dang am i ever happy my ? is what should the next thing be 1. lt w/ory for pacesetters 2. yank 3kstall 3. transgo hd-2 4. comp cam 5. cold air intake (still runin stock)

    i did LT's w/ORY and comp cam kit for lil under that much... might be able to through on a stall or intake to make up teh price difference.....

    shift kits arent expensive.......


    hell go for all of it!!!! just say sorry hun i wasnt keeping tabs... i thought i was around 800..... didnt mean to spend 2k

    what was that just alittle more gas in to the FIRE. trust me i want and need it all but dont know if i will still be alive if i do that. dont want to push the limits

    posi, gears, stall, CAI, headers, cam... in that order

    Edit: added CAI since you don&#39;t have one already.

    oops forgot to say that the truck has an Eaton lds and 3.73s(less than 9 months old) vette servo, flow super 40 3in and dual 2.5 out to 4in tips

    just put things in when she doesnt know

    header noise = exhaust leak

    cam lope = vaccum leak

    blower/turbo noise = belt slipping

    i have been lookin at a few comp cams. heres the grind #s xr265hr 1400-6700rpm, xr275hr 1800-6800, xer273hr 2000-7000, xer281hr 2400-7200. am i thinkin 2 big ?

    i like the first one... the power comes in early and stays all the way through where you stop making power basically.....

    but if you go cam route make sure you get the whole sha-bang

    cam, double springs, push rods, retainers, etc etc... only way to go IMO
