We're looking at a crew cab 2007 Silverado classic with 4.8L for $18,500. Does that sound like a decent deal? It's a dated body style and they are throwing all kinds of incentives and rebates my way. It will be black with grey interior and the 2LT(or LS) package. I'd like to get the LBS(latest body style?) truck but they want $8000 more for it with the same package. It's for the family to travel in so performance isn't an issue, yet! BTW, I know where a 5.7 and 6.7L engine are.

Red, one of the Austin dealers was offering that deal on basicly the same truck last summer. They will come down more, just use the "4.8L ???? " to get them down some more. Seriously, they will come down some more to get it off their lot.. Good Luck
