Hey Guys, just throwing this idea around.

What types of cams would you like to see in a 5.3L engine on an engine dyno?

I'd like to start the mild cam at 212 with a low .500 lift and I'm open for any suggestions for the most aggressive cam.

    Any input guys?

    thanks,
    allen

i take it this is for baseline Horsepower increases? Great Idea. It would be nice to know what a paticular cam with a basic tune across the board can yield power wise. I smell a magazine article!

I'd like to see the same lift and duration with different LSAs. 112, 114, 116 and 118 LSA

    how about the 212 218 low lift vs. 212 218 high lift, then the 220 220 114 vs. 220 220 112

then work up to the bigger cams 222 224 vs. 224 224 vs. 226 226

    how about that lol.
