Anyone have a list of parts to bulletproof a 4l60? I have a good builder, just need a parts list of the "necessaries" to make it tough. Looking for 500-600 hp range in a 5000lb truck.

4L65e planetaries, beast sun shell, borg warner clutches, raybestos steels, 4th gear clutch pack from a 4L65E, high rev spring for the pump, all (3)new aluminum pistons for the accumulators(pinless), Kevlar 2-4 band (extra wide), new drum so there are no ridges from the old one to mess up the Kevlar band, gasket set, bonded seals, 4L60-HD2 Transgo shift kit (don't forget to install the high pressure springs that most tranny builders have hundreds of sets left over because they don't normally tear into the transmission to install them on a running transmission). Check out Rock-on transmission's website, he lists everything that he does to a transmission.
