What kind of "break-in" does a new cam (springs, rods, etc) require? Torque converter break-in?

Roller cams don't require a break in, just good lubricant. The torque convertor shouldn't require any break in either, just take it out and drive it down the highway about 50 miles and all should be good.

not sure about the yank, but PI wants you to do a few 1/4 throttle launches then let it cool, then back to 1/2 throttle launches let cool then do a few wot launches let cool and your good to go. Do a search on yank sight or send them a email and ask, this way you don't harm the converter and loose warrenty. good luck, my time i would guess would be 14.5 at 96mph.
