My truck is up and running again with a built 4L60. I know I should have put an 80 in, but I didn't want to sacrifice the power.

Allen turned up all my line pressures so this thing is shifting really hard.

The work was done at Eagle Transmission in Austin, TX. I couldn't be happier at this point. $1428 for a complete re-build including:

1. Rebuilt Convert that stalls a little higher
2. New bands
3. New Drum
4. Redline Clutches
5. Beast Shell
6. Transgo HD Shift Kit
7. Labor on Rebuild, Modifying the Drum and Valve Body

I can't wait to get a new tune and get to the track!
No more trucks, but this is what I used to have. 2000 GMC Sierra, 6.0L-LQ4, Built 4L60, LS6 Cam, The Other Guys Headers, 3 inch exhaust and 7 chamber flowmaster, 43lb injectors, Nelson Tuning, Drop - 3/4 McGaughys Spindles, Bell Tech Shackles & Hangers. Best time 13.59 @ 106

Hey, alright! Glad to see you're back up and running. Time to break that dude in with a couple of celebratory launches with the smoke boiling out of the tires.

I thought I could make the track tomorrow night, but I don't think it's gonna happen. Hopefully next Friday.

The tires come loose alot easier than they did before. I may have left a couple of marks in the street in front of the house. On accident of course.

Of course that was an accident, and that is the story your goiong to tell the APD right??? Don't forget they shoot unarmed people in the back..... Forget I said that, just be careful, the Williamson County Constible in my neighborhood has his eye out for me and I have not left marks yet. He follows me into my neighborhood in the afternoon...

They are a little tough in Williamson County.

When I go to the track it's the one in Seguine just East of SA on I10.

Most of the time I try to stick to the Saturday Evening Get togethers at the Home Depot on 1431 & Parmer.
