Black Bear Tune on 08 GMC Sierra 4.8L

For the past few weeks I have been looking into a custom tune for my
08 GMC Sierra 4.8L. I currently have 33's on the truck and plan on installing a 7" lift when I come home from AFG on leave. I also have a Edge Evolution programmer but it's not really what I am wanting therefore I have been toying with the idea of going with Black Bear. From what I have read everyone has been happy with the outcome once the tune is installed. Im looking for anyone that has got their 07-11 truck thats lifted tuned. Before and after thoughts. Also I'm looking at going with the AutoCal unit since I will want to change from off road to long distance driving. Thanks

Naw, Allen can't tune every truck out there. He's not going to cry about people getting tunes from other places, hell, he even sells the hardware/software to do it yourself.

The best option is to find a reputable local tuner. Justin at black bear is a great tuner but if there is an issue or you need to change something, it can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of him.

Thanks Red, I don't mind at all, especially since I have no say so in the site.

I have a Black Bear tune and love it. Justin did a great job on both of the tunes I got but, as stated above he is out of town alot and can be hard to reach.
