    Dropped a little cash today...

Dropped a little cash today and bought a Kel-Tec PF-9. It's the smallest, lightest 9mm on the market. The store had it priced at 280$ and I got him down to 250$ on it. I ended up getting the gun, a spare mag, a small holster, and two boxes of bullets for 350$ after tax and all. I know Kel-Tecs aren't awesome guns, but its just something to have in the truck and carry out of town for issues such as my experience at Fudruckers in San Antonio when the guy broke in my truck. I'm not a fan of the holster I got because it's a little bulky to conceal under the waistband. I'll probably go with a Galco. I bought it out of state, so I actually have to wait until Monday to pick it up in Oklahoma. No big deal. I won't get to shoot it until next weekend when I go home anyway.

Here's a picture to give you an idea how small it is. This one isn't mine. This is also the older model.

It's a 7+1, but the Kel-Tecs don't have an actual safety. They only have the double action trigger. So I'm semi afraid to leave one chambered when carrying.

same like the glocks, the little lever on the trigger is the saftey, if you want to call it a saftey lol. i actually went looking for a glock today, and i liked the 17 hopfully will be getting it soon. let me know how you like the pf9 when you put some rounds through it.

Just be careful with the Kel-tecs...I had one before i got my Glock and I had so many issues with it. Shoot as much as you can to make sure its a good one and there are no defects. Again, not saying your's is messed up but I know at one point 4/10 guns they produced had to be sent back to the manufacturer.

    Still looks pretty sweet though!
