01 PCM and harness on an 04 5.3

I bought an 01 5.3 with the PCM and harness to put into my rock crawler project. I had the harness thinned and retuned by Jim's Performance. Well, I had some engine issuse and decided to buy another motor rather than rebuild. I found an 04 5.3 locally for $400 and am wondering if I can use the 01 pcm and harness with the 04 5.3.

I know that the throttle body will need to be changed to cable but will all the sensors be the same? Thanks in advance.

The only thing u might have to change would be the oil pressure sending unit (doubt ur using it anyways)

Thanks. Will it work for all years of the LM7? The guy that had the 04 5.3 sold it today.

So, I'm back to looking and am just wondering how specific I need to be.

Thanks for the help. I found a 2000 5.3 with 98k miles for $550. Going to pick it up Monday.
