    Broken axle

So last night my axle broke! I was driving home, took a corner and next thing I know I hear a loud clunk, and sparks shooting out the back of my truck. First I thought my drive shaft broke, but when I got out my wheel and axle were missing! After 5 min of searching I found the wheel/axle in a tree. Time for a C clip eliminator set and some new hardened axles!

What is everyone on here doing as far as upgrading axles and C clips? Anyone else have this problem?

So what is everyone doing for rear ends? Different axles? Going to a 12 bolt? Dana 60? Or just running stock axles in the 10 bolt with different gears and tru-trac? I need help! I'm lost without my truck

unbolt the cover plate on the carrier and pull the axle spacer out that comes out with the cover. Unbolt the tire from the axle and knock the axle inwards, the c-clip will be inside the cover plate/axle spacer area inside the trutrac.
