glad u made this thread...i want to know whats the safe operating temp for the trans........i cruise at 170-180....wot runs it hits 220.....i have a hayden 40,000
even with my MONSTER tires, and a factory cooler, beating on mine, in middle of summer, i've never seen temps above 155-160
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

man now that u say that,,yes they are very close to the headers....like im fine cruising 170-180......if i make 1 run it hits 200+easy
time to buy some line and make some bends

Yup, thats the one! I put this one on after my circle D 3K verter. Dropped the trans temp from 210 to 155 degrees daily driving. If i stomp it, it climbes to 180 then drops back to 165. Does a great job.

ok i zip tied the lines away from the headers,they were real close...im gonna switch up to that cooler and ditch the hayden
