    Question Open Headers

probably a dumb question, but Will running open headers for 2 days, besides being obnoxiously loud affect anything?till i get my y-pipe in....
i can get one fabbed up but dont really like the local muffler shops pipe bender.leaves kinks worse than the factory y pipe kink lol

You could have them make it out of oversized pipe so that when it kinks it the size will be closer to what you're needing. That would get you by for now until you can get some mandrel bends. Running open headers is going to make it run very lean.

My understanding is the rear 02 sensors are not deleted the check engine code that rear 02 set is just turned off (unchecked in the tuning program) but the sensors are still working/reading/sending info to the pcm. I would unplug them because if you just set them aside plugged in they would be showing very lean

it will run lean, but in reality it will be running rich as hell from the front o2's telling it to dump more fuel.
