bank 2 is the passenger side. Sensor 1 is the front one and 2 is behind the cat.

bank 1 sensor 2 is the sensor closest to the motor on the passenger side.

THM350 trans. shiftkit w/manual valve body, 2800 stall going out back to some highway 3.42 gears, tubbed.

im not sure how much they are, but i have used bosch and they have worked for me. i can get you a price tonight when i go to work. all we carry is bosch in 02 sensors. bosch plugs suck ass but their 02 sensors are ok.
