Can I fit 6X9's in the rear on a 03 chevy?

I know stock speakers are smaller, but you guys think i can fit this in there? I dont care if i have to cut. Bit i rather not if they are to look nasty. Has anyone tried this? any pics or suggestions

I dont think you have enough depth. 4x6s are a pretty good fit.

I'm sure you could find out on Crutchfield.com. Just search for speakers for the rear of your truck and the web site will tell you what will fit.

I would go 6.5 round if it were me, 6X9's sound like poo in my opinion.

and yes, you will have to cut and no you might not have enough depth. ext cab and crew definitely don't have the depth unless you want to put them on the outside of the door panel.
