    Im going to have to say I dont think so. you would be better off with an aftermarket muffler.

    Don't do it. Just cut the muffler off and run some straight pipe.
    99RCSB Broke because I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on my truck.

    arnt you using the inlet as an outlet?

    Since Dale hasn't done it--I wouldn't recommend you try it.

    Luckily thats the only cancer on the truck at all. It is an 87. I have two patch panels in the truck ready to go

    While it is a cool idea, it will be ineffiecient as a performance exhaust. You want the straightest run you can get to keep velocity up, which helps in scavenging.
