    hey guys whats up few questions for ya that th224 how much is the lift on that and to change the cam in a 6.0 can you change the springs with out takin off the heads?like with a cylinder compessor of some sorts let me know

    18'' boss motorsports dubs
    2/4 drop, toneau cover
    alpine cd player, directed tweeters, 1200watt ma audio amp,
    3 jl audio 12's in custom ported box its all show.

    wife has a 99 honda accord with a open filter makes a weird noise sounds like doof.doof.doooof. lol

    spring compressor and spark plug mounted air hose adapter. always bring the piston you working on up to the top before removing the retainers to keep from accidentally dropping it all the way into the cylinder. I have seen guys stuff a cylinder with cotton rope through the spark plug hole and then bring it up on compression to retain the valves since they didn't have a compressor.

    I've used a phone cable to hold the valve in place for one cylinder cause I couldn't fit the air hose adapter into the plug hole with my headers on. Ghetto but it worked!
