    Header coating

    Does anyone no if there is a place to get headers coated in (Austin)Texas. Do not really want to ship to Jet Hot again.

    I'd bet there are hundreds of shops. Don't know anyone any more since the FIL's deal went down.

    you should have no problem finding a place in Houston. Pick up the yellow pages and call around. If the powder coater doesn't do them they probably know one that does.

    Nobody in Austin coats em, there is a place in San Marcus that coats and is very reasonable...I'll try and find the name/number in the morning//

    i have mine done in canyon lake... he does a good job. His number is 830-237-1181, cant remember the name of his shop...lol

    His name is Rob Miller, real cool guy, the shop name is Pro-Tex It. I just got my headers and y pipe coated by him. They came out real nice.
