Can you get them from the chevy parts dept for 200 or do you have to wait to
find an 05 crashed and rob them. Post some pics.

How do they compare to the Flex a lites? I think I willbe going that route. Do you happen to know if installing those fans and wiring harness will void any warranties or not? Thanks for the look out and part #'s. I would like to see some pics and a shroud sticker two if you don't mind. Thanks sprayin04

here is little secrect that you can use when someting breaks on your car and you have say a cold air. it only voids the duct tube and filter because the maf is still in original positon if you remove the fan it only voids the warenty on the fan and clutch. not the water pump or anything. the 2005 silvy have the spindel still there for the fan. so no it will not void any engine warenty but if you dealership is a dick then i recomend you keep all the factory parts. i am trying to get pics of an 05 and my 04 to show you the difference please be patient. they will be up soon. i highly recomend the gm fans as they have the waranty for 3 36 just take the part to your parts man with the reciept.

Gmpartsdirect.com has the fan kit for only $31.00 bucks. Its only a matter of time before they have the rest. This is awseome news.

The 04 Vortech stats are out every where. Every web site I have been to shows an 04 160 deg stat. $19.95 - $26.95 is the range of prices I have seen. SLPOnline has them.

Wow, two dinky little 12" fans will cool a high perforance 4.8/5.3/6.0/8.1? That's awesome! I wonder how they will hold up to 108 degree Texas summers.

The part number for the second item has 8 digits, is that correct?
