    Sport truck suspension

I've been getting interested in autocross, and all I've got is a truck. After searching, I can't find anything on the forum about it auto crossing the truck. What I've learned is it would be classed H-stock a catch all class basically. So I know I can cross it. Being it pass tech inspection, which it will.

Suspension is what I'm really wondering about. As of now its lowered, 2" in front, and 2" in back (not too sure about rear). I'm looking at a sway bar for the front, possibly for rear too, and dropping the rear probably 2" more.

What I would like is firmer, with very little to almost no body roll (if even possible with 5000 lbs flying around). Its the dd so can't beat me up every time I drive it.

So what options are there? Not as far as just getting all the suspension reworked, I'm on a tight budget (but who isn't).

Expensive but wondering about coilover too, what does that involve? Or can you change from leaves to coilover fairly easy?

I know I would be one of the very few if only truck crossing around here.. but hey gotta be different!

I would start with an airride suspension kit so you can tweak it quickly at and on the track to get it to handle best. Get some good sway bars and adjustable shocks. Pony up for some super sticky tires such as the Nitto 555Rs.

It's 325 cubic inches and they're confused about the difference between an AWD transfer case and an NP8 transfer case with the AUTO setting.

Thanks that article let me know what I needed. Cash flow starts again in a few weeks. Will have to do the sway bars, and drop the bed 2" more.

On the bed its been lowered 2" already. Gotta search on getting 4 inch drop.

So who may this person be with a complete set for $100 or so. I'm interested

Also those edelbrock ias, do they depend on ride height? Being mine will be 2/4 drop?

From what I'm grabbing about doing 4 inch in the back is, example djm hanger/shackle kit. Would that be right?

One thing about sway bars too. Hellwig front and rear total $395, or $130 more for hotchkis. Whats the difference with those two? Or is it pretty much name recognition
