Pronouced "Port-a Co-share." Basically, it is a covered section that bridges the house and a detached garage. Sometimes it has a 2nd story enclosed passage (hallway/corridor) where you can walk from the 2nd story to the loft above the garage. Trust me--I already looked--Eric could build a porte cochere and have it tie into the bedroom upstairs and have it connect to the future loft above the garage.

It is high enough for a lift... I'll be getting a two post pretty soon. Big thing now is tools... I've been working out of my dad's garage (who has every tool imaginable) so, I'll be aquire tools as i get the money. Houses are not cheap!
