Virgil And Greg 11 Second Street Trucks

So as alot of you know this was the weekend of the red river shoot out. Im gonna post a few vids of virgil and greg, aka (mean05) and (redheartbeat). Both are pretty much dead even, in one race virgil runs an 11.91 greg ran and 11.92 ahhahah, greg beat him to the lights but virgil took the time, virgil will post the slips later he ran 11.88 @ 112, up until we left this was the fastest street truck time, but we left early as far as i know greg ran an 11.89 so if anyone beat CLIFFORD it was gonna be the REDHEARTBEAT. I'll let Virgil tell you about oklahoma's version of the FARMTRUCK hahahah, here's the vids sorry not the best ones ive done. Ill post the other vids later, but im tired as hell right now, so just these two. Found a link to some pics so im adding it.Red River Showdown

That sleeper 71 or so Chevy truck with the aluminum camper cover had a 502 and I think 3 stages of nitrous. The owner of the truck is a raceteam member of a group of guys that have been on PINKS! twice. He's from OKC and their team raced the wooly mammoth car, the porsche and the V8 powered Astro van. His best time of the day was 11.2

Get this, his license plate number was "ZZZZZZ" for sleeper.

Oh yeah, he did allow to let me take second place and a small amount of pocket change to pay for my gas.

I'll have to hunt him down once my nitrous issue is fixed. Running 9:1 AFR slowed me down tremendously. Truck was running fat as Rosie O'Donnell.

A buddy of mine called earlier tonight about this truck. It appears he was PINKS qualifying in Ennis this weekend and ran a 10.7. I still can't hang with his lightweight truck, 502 big block and nitrous.
