I was on my way to work on wednesday. went to pass a slow poke and BANG!!!, no more go.I broke another input shaft. It was about -10* out should have let my truck warm up more the ten mins.
so now the truck is in the shop and once I get it back its going back to stock and trade her in.oh and i am taking most of my mod out too. for what little i do have

How hard is your 1-2 shift and which billet servo are you using? Also do you have a shift kit and once again which one? We find that harsh 1-2 shifts kill these transmissions. Might be something to discuss with your builder.

transgo-hd2 and it hits like hell, but this one didnt last a month. i dont know which brand on the servo is. I am done with the truck. I am now lookin for a rcsb 2wd same yr and color.

for the $$$$ that i have spent on this trans I could have bought an FLT and a yank stall for the same price now. I dont have the money and my work just doc'ed me 300.00 from my pay it sucks.

Sounds like you have everything else fixed the way you like it already on this truck. You'll lose money on the trade-in anyway so why not just buy the FLT, be done with the headaches and keep the truck you like.

I smell chinese parts....lol You should think about putting gears in your truck as well.since my last boom ,4.30 gears and some TM go a long way...

i know how you feel...broke 5 of em and said fuggit...got rid of the headache.
that was a mistake on my part since the verter took out my flt5...it was not the tranny that went...i shoudda just let them go thru it and put in a nice verter and been done with it...
i should have went with the flt5 the first time as well but i didnt and it cost me big bucks as well...

Well no war on the trans so its goin to be another 1k to fix and i dont want to do this but mama wants me to get rid of my truck. and to top it off i dont get my truck till thursday.this sucks donkey balls!!! I miss not havin my truck already
