    Tranny Issues?

    I think i finally figured out whats killin the power in the truck, the tranny is starting to act up but i dont know whats causing the problem. during acceleration, the tranny shifts sooner than it should and the converter locks up way too soon too. during deceleration, the converter does not want to unlock and its holding the gears as it slows down and does not down shift till its almost at a standstill. The tranny does not feel like it is slipping at all and still shifts just as firm as it normally does. Q: is this a tranny issue or is it something thats controlling the tranny? any help would be greatly appreciated.
    02' silverado ext. cb 2wd , 5.3 liter 325c.i. LM7, ported and polished throttlebody with bypass, Jannetty Racing 87 octane dyno tune, cold air intake with custom ram air, Heavy duty built 4l60e with vette servo, Z-pac clutches, "The Beast" Sunshell, transgo shift kit, yukon 4.10 gears with true trac, custom exhaust with Moroso Spiralflow, no cats, MSD 8.5 race wires, NGK TR55's

    Ouch see if i ever give advice again jk david

    i really cant think of anything other then the tune causing it to do things. Unplug your battery over night an see if that helps.

    no, thanks for the reply ricky, something is better than nothing. . i was hoping allen was on and can tell what the problem is
