    air filter question

Pulled out my K&N drop in and cleaned it up.
Put the oil on it and left it to dry.
Now its just sittin on the counter and I'm wondering.
Is that oil gonna get all over my descreened Mass air flow sensor and screw it up.

    Anyone have this issue?

if you over oiled it than yes.
if you only lightly oiled it you will be fine. doesn't take much oil.

it wont dry, youll have to either shke it hard or dab it allot with a cloth, or just re wash it. barley put oil on so it just chaanges the color to pink

Cleaning the sensor every once-in-a-while would be a good PM procedure. The cleaner is cheap and only use MAF sensor cleaner on a MAF, nothing else.
