    rear brake conver..

    what do yall thank about puting a t/a ws6 rearend in mt truck?? plez leave feed back i need to know befor i start..

    Don't they have like a 7.5" ring gear? That's way small. I've heard rumours of a 8.5" rear but have never seen one in a stock Fbody. Plus they have a 4.75" bolt circle instead of 5".

    you can buy a disc brake kit for your stock rear. They're not bad priced. The parking brake is the worst part, finding a kit with one if you have to have one for inspection.

    If you had an S10 it would swap right out. i'm with red trucks have 8.5 and F-bodys have 7.5 rear ends

    Put some monster brakes all the way around it.
    Not sure about the rear end though.
    I bet Redheartbear would know the best way to do it.

    so whats up with the covo kit someone give me a link for the disc break conversion. plz
    2006 ecsb silverado, AFE Cai, Jet Maf, Pacesetter Ceramic Coated Lt's, true duals with Dynomax Bullets, cats and o2's....still emissions legal!
