I am hoping to get some this week. I am going to test out the new cam na and n20 before I put my Yank back in. Hopefully it will be back next week. I'll keep yall posted.

    Holy shit, Thunder,

So, all you did was get the right stall and you're hauling now, great times.

when my truck was bone stock i ran a 15.44@88 witha 60' of 2.5 at best. no traction. i got a 2000 gmc rcsb with a 5.3 auto, 3.42 gears and an open differential. sorry, its wasnt stock, it had a drop in k and n filter and cheap mufflers. not bad other than that. i can t wait for the track to open back up in the spring

Finally took the truck to the track for a base run. Didn't do too bad. Truck ran 10.284 in the 1/8 mile, 60ft time of 2.462. Not bad for a stock LS1 with stock 98 heads in a 92 model extended truck. The only real mod on the whole motor is the K&N filter.
Only three trucks were faster there...a NBS running a built 6.0 on NOS in the middle 8s, a HEMI definitely running NOS runnin 8.98 and a Lightning in the 9s so you know NOS there or supercharger pullies on it. One other hemi there only ran 11.1s so you know that was in stock trim.
I was surprised with the time on such a heavy truck all street trim and heavy stereo equipment.
Oh yeah, running 87 octane fuel too.
