I have a 99 5.3 ECSB 2wd with 3.42's in it. A buddy of mine gave me a set of 3.73s that he got for his truck before it was totaled, I just dont know if it is worth the time to swap it. Anyone done this and seen any big difference?
I do pull my camaro with the truck, so I think they may help some, but not sure if it is enough to justify my time.

When pulling the camaro, they will definitely be worth the effort to install. If you're worried about gas mileage don't do it, you might on average lose 1/2 MPG.
