Thread: Howdy, Folks

1. #1
Hi There,

Just a newbie checking in. I have a 2005 2500HD 4WD. At the moment, it's completely stock, except for a cheap CD player. I use it for towing our racecars and occasional DD duty. I'm looking at improving its tow performance over time. The first thing to go in will be the trailer brake controller. I'll poke around the forums to figure out what comes next.

{Homer}Hmmmmm. Turbo. Hmmmmmm.{/Homer}

I guess I should've mentioned it's a 6.0 gas engine ... would've loved the 6.6 diesel but didn't have the cash available.

Edit: And thanks for the welcome, folks.

welcome, you should make the truck a race truck also. Still use it to pull your race car to strip and run them both.

That'd be OK if we were draggin' ... I don't think I'd want to try to lap the 2500 in traffic at Road Atlanta, though. :-)
