How much will labor run you guys think?

the 6.0 is more of an animal than the 5.3 i went with if you can get the computer all wiring and the distribution box ie: fuse box as the 6.0 wont match to the 4.3 box... get the mounts also which i doubt these will work niether.. for a 5.3 i had to use on the passenger side the 4.3 and driver side the 5.3 mounts, fit perfect...as for rearend i would upgrade as the 4.3 probably has a 323 gear ratio .... get verything posible you can the more the easier ...

ITS A GOOD DEAL IF THE MOTOR HAS LOW MILES ON IT. YOU NEED A CROSS MEMBER IF YOU USE THE TRANS, DIFFERENT DRIVE SHAFT I THINK? HARNESS, LABOR I DON'T KNOW? GIVE ALLEN A SHOUT HE WILL KNOW AND CAN TELL YOU WHAT ALL YOU NEED TO GET THAT SUCKER IN YOUR TRUCK.

Can I just get the 6.0 with computer, harness, mounts, intake, exhaust, and leave the 4l60 and 323 rear end?
I will upgrade the rear end later...is it possible?

If you were swapping V8 to V8 Gen3 to Gen3 it's not so bad but you're converting a whole lot of stuff that isn't just a straight swap when you go from a V6 to a V8. Wiring is different, exhaust, mounts, tons of stuff. Ask guys on here that have done the conversion, it's not so bad but it is very time consuming.

V6 trannys wouldnt bolt up to a 6.0, needs another torque converter, and an input ... even with the v6 tranny all beefed up wont last long with the 6.0...
