Mustang GT (2002/2003) goes by at about 80mph, so I pace him and pull up just past him, then drop back just a little. He punches it and gets in front of me. He's getting off at the next exit, so do I.

The offramp is a threelane. At first he's getting into the far left-hand lane. I move to get into the middle lane and he moves over into it too, so I move over into the far right lane....we pull up to the light.

I move up just a little and he revs and moves up edging the intersection. His GF sits and is leering at me like I should be to the Mistangk. I edge up next to him. The light turns and he floors it while I pull three lengths on him.

They take the u-turn under neath the underpass. I take a left in case they want another run, but to realize the reason the guy had moved from the far left-hand lane into the middle lane I was in was just to race. They're actually going to the apartment complex on the other side of the highway -

Silly Mustang GT, trying to pick on a poor, old 1993 Chevy Extended Cab pickup...

Yeah but you know he's probably telling his girlfriend that she was extra weight and if she wasn't in the car he could have taken you.

    Good kill!

I chewed up a mustang myself on the way to Billy's yesterday. Gave me the finger as I zipped past. I just waved out the back window.

I guess that the statement to the effect of "telling his girlfriend that she was extra weight" would be the only thing more stupid he could do than race me again!! - lol I'd love to see her reaction!

Before my trans broke yesterday, I couldn't get a Mustang to race if I gave 'em $5 for gas. I guess revv'n a few times to hear that musclecar-like exhaust gives away that the C10's a sleeper.

    GREAT KILL, BTW!
