I will be switching from my tiny stock '99 injectors to some '03 6.0 injectors on Saturday. My questinon is, how hard are these puppies to install? i have played around a little and figured out the clips are a pain in the ass to get off, but do the injectors come right out with the fuel rail when you pull it up, or do you have to do some prying to get them up. I read that you have to pry them out of the fuel rail, but that shouldnt be a problem. Any other tips for installing them?

its real easy bro, just unbolt your fuel rails and pull them out. then make sure you lube the o-rings on the new inj and pop them back in the bungs on the manifold. get them all lined up and give each of them a good shove so you can feel them "pop" into the manifold, very easy, kinda like using toys on the old lady lots of lube and shoving and poping!

No worries, Should only take you about 30-45 mins to install them. Like stated above harder to install them that to take them out. Treat them like a $2 hooker, Spit on it and slam it in there.. lol, FYI on the tune, just use the stock setting from the truck they came out of. no need to scale them you have a totaly differnt fuel system. Should be a solid number.

Mine gets a kiss and the lube when needed. I miss the days when you could slap them around but I sleep better at night without it.
