i have a 99 silverado it has intake and exhaust and it runs 16.5 and iwant to know what parts i can install to make it run 15.9 or faster

what motor, 4.8 or 5.3 mine ran 15.3 w/ intake , exhaust , and proggamer

A nice cam, a set of long tubes and a cold air intake should get the ball rolling if you have a programmed PCM to go with the sweet new parts.

Check out VV8's old cam specs, that ought to really getting you going good. You'll need some 918 springs to go with it, I'm sure.
