HELP, P0172 Fuel Trim System Rich Bank 1

i need help w a code my truck is throwing, P0172 is the only code.
my ses light has been coming on once a tank of gas for a while now and i finally got it scanned. anyone have advice???

Means you need a new oxygen sensor usually. That or you have a dirty injector that is bleeding off pressure. Best way to check the injector is to get an external fuel pressure gauge and hook it to the fuel rail. Turn on the key until the fuel pressure stabilizes....about 58 lbs. Turn off the ignition and see if it bleeds down pressure. It should hold within a couple pounds.

if your still wandering about the code, I HAD THE SAME CODE ON MY TRUCK, MY PROBLEM WAS I NEEDED LARGER INJECTORS AND FUEL PUMP, MY TUNE WAS MAXING OUT THE STOCK INJECTORS AND THEY WERE RICH DURING NORMAL DRIVING AND LEAN ON TOP END, NELSON FIXED ME RIGHT UP WITH A TUNE, 44# INJ AND LEADS TO A LARGER FUEL PUMP, GOOD LUCK
