I ordered my cam and want my tune to go with it Just wondering. Do I order my tune and put the cam in when it gets here, or put the cam in then order the tune?
Also I am getting a 180* t-stat. How much more agressive can you go with the timing with a 160? Is it worth it? Or should I just stick with the 180?
    Thanks for the help.
Oh yea one more. On a 2000, is there any need to go wiht the 02 PCM?
How long does it take to get the tune once its ordered? Can't wait.
Last one How much more $ for a dyno tune?

If you're getting a cam, let Allen know the specs on the cam when ordering. Also inform Allen of any other modifications you have made before ordering. Put it in writing, send an email with the details. If you are close to SanAntonio I would suggest going to his shop to have him dyno tune it for best results immediately after the camshaft install. As for PCMs, my 2002 LS1 PCM made my truck .3 faster than the 2000 LS1 PCM, both with stock tunes.....FWIW.
