4L80E 3rd to 4th Wot Shift?

I want to do it for street purpose.

Is for those cars on 155mph+

Last night I was 135mph+ and slowly a car start catching me up, so I have to let it go, I was at 3rd and at red line !!!!!

with an 80e I would go for it. The trans should have no issues going into OD at WOT. Burn up 4th gear, who cares, still got 1-3. Of course you have to setup the tune to allow it to shift to 4th at WOT.

yeah, gotta change the setting to allow it to shift. Your WOT setting in your tune for 3-4 shift are probably set at max so it won't shift to 4th.

what gears are u running?mine too on the 60e at 3rd redlining i was at 130 with 4.56s

Hey guys, how come you get fast?

My truck's redline is at 6000rpm.

My converter is always unlock, and I always try not to hit revlimiter at 3rd, so 135-140mph is my topspeed but hitting the revlimiter.

When I'm at 135 +/- I let go. This is why I whish I can shift to OD.

Gears 3.73, 30.45 tire diameter !
