    DBTBSS' minivan goes 9's

Well it only took a year and a half of building, and only 5-6 combined shakeout passes stemming from two different tracks days for this frigging beast to hit 9s. The first few runs last night at Temple EVERY CAR in was loosing it at the 8th. Some idiot dodge left some transfer case fluid down the track that no one was able to spot. They cleaned that up and then let a few cars get the track sticky again. The weather was so-so, a little cold, a little moisture in the air. But overall a decent evening. I haven't been out to the track/meets/DBRODS shop in 8 months, and I come out for the first time to see this spectacle. It was a good night for Kurt and Jon. BY THE WAY, this minivan has WAY more in it. Kurt had to get out of it half track or so and get back in. So you take out him having to peddle this thing a tad and this will go low 9's. He is pushing through the brakes a tad at the line on every pass only making 3psi on the line on this run. Once he is able to really build some boost the time will drop.

Jon has another really good video of a low 10 pass he will post up.

By the way, sorry for the language in the video. Jon insisted Kurt do a Jon Force burntout (which helped him cut the 1.4 duh) so I was worried the smoke was going to block the video.. lol

I have a video of kurt yanking the front tires on another pass, but since I was stupid and turned my damn EVO the wrong way its at an angle. I'll still post it up, just don't complain because its turned sideways.
